Cheyenne was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. Before moving to Chapel Hill in 2016, she worked in the automotive industry wearing many hats. Throughout this time, she discovered the importance of working for a company that gives back to its community, as well as found a passion for accounting. While working, she was also going to night classes at Central Piedmont Community College with aspirations of transferring to a four-year university. Finally, after three years of full-time work and school, she accomplished one of her biggest dreams and was accepted as a non-traditional transfer student to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She moved to Chapel Hill in the summer of 2016 to take summer classes at UNC and meet other incoming transfer students. At UNC she is majoring in English and Comparative Literature with a concentration in Film and Media Studies, which has helped improve her writing abilities, critical thinking and communication skills.

While at UNC, she has enjoyed volunteering, rock climbing and racquetball, worked as a waitress, had a brief stint as a bartender, adopted two of the most beautiful kittens anyone ever did see, and finally landed in her role as Administrative Assistant at Law Plus Plus. She will graduate from UNC in Spring of 2019 and will be the first member in her family to both attend and graduate from college. In the future she plans to obtain a Masters in Accounting.

For fun: Cheyenne enjoys reading, watching good films, playing with the best cats in the world, volunteering, and hiking.
